1. What are the basic conditions for renting a car?
The basic conditions for renting a car are:
• The driver must be at least 21 years old and not more than 70 years old

2. What is the minimum length of car rental?

3. Is it possible to extend the rental period?

4. Is it possible to reserve a certain vehicle model?

5. Where and when is it possible to pick up or return the vehicle?
The vehicle can be picked up / returned at the car rental agency's office or delivered / returned to the agreed address, at an additional cost. The vehicle can be picked up / returned during or outside working hours at an additional cost.
6. What does the car rental agreement contain?
When taking over the vehicle, a lease agreement must be signed, which contains all the agreed terms and conditions of the lease, price, information about the rented vehicle, information about the driver and the person or company that pays the rent. By signing the contract, the client receives authorization to drive the rented vehicle and is responsible for the vehicle for the duration of the lease.
7. Is a deposit required when renting a car?
A deposit is required when renting a vehicle during the entire rental period.
8. How much is the deposit when renting a vehicle?
The amount of the deposit is determined based on the length of the vehicle rental and the vehicle category. The deposit is the amount that is only reserved on the credit card on the basis of pre-authorization (the money is still on the card but you cannot use it for any other purpose). When the vehicle is returned to the agency, the calculation and collection of costs is performed.
9. Is the deposit made in cash or by credit card?
The deposit can only be made by credit card. The deposit can be left for small and medium category vehicles and in cash in the amount of 300 euros. For larger vehicles e.g. octavia superb, credit card required.
10. How and when is car rental charged?
When returning the vehicle to the agency, costs and rent are collected, in the way you choose - by credit card, current account payment or cash. Also, after the payment is made, the pre-authorization of the credit card deposit is canceled and the reserved funds are released for use for any purpose.
11. What types of insurance are there?
There are two types of insurance. These are: CDW - insurance against damage with participation and TP insurance against theft with participation as well as two additional insurances, which you are not obliged to have: SCDW - CASCO insurance against damage and theft without participation and PAI - personal insurance of each passenger.
12. What is the procedure in case of damage to the rented vehicle?
If damage occurs to the rented vehicle, the client is obliged to act according to the following rules:
• It is necessary to immediately inform the police, as well as the car rental agency where the vehicle was rented,
• The client should write down information about other participants in the event,
• To fill in an accident / theft / damage report when returning the vehicle to the agency,
• To create a short statement describing the causes and circumstances in which the accident / damage / theft occurred. It is necessary to know that a police record is mandatory for all types of insurance. Without a police record, the full amount of the damage will be borne by the user.
13. Is it possible to rent a baby and child seat?
According to the law that prescribes a mandatory seat for children under 3 years of age, it is possible to rent a seat for children, and it often comes as free equipment.
14. Do you rent GPS navigation?
Yes, it is possible to rent GPS navigation, but it also often happens that it comes with a set of free equipment when renting a vehicle.
15. Is it possible to cross the border with a rented vehicle?
Yes, it is possible to go on international routes with a rented vehicle, but it is necessary to emphasize this when renting a vehicle in order to provide valid insurance and a green card, if necessary.
16. Do the vehicles contain equipment in accordance with the weather conditions?
Yes, if it is a winter period, there are winter tires on the vehicle, and there are also chains and accompanying equipment in the vehicle. Of course, with the arrival of the summer period, vehicles are serviced and summer tires are installed.
17. Do I need to check the condition of the vehicle before starting the rental?
You should check the condition of the vehicle before picking it up and record it on a special form on the condition of the vehicle. If an irregularity is noticed, it is necessary to inform the car rental agency.
18. Can someone other than me drive the vehicle?
